Precision is one of the fastest growing construction companies in California, which means we have great opportunities for construction professionals at every level of experience.

Just as significantly, Precision is also committed to advancing the culture of the industry by creating a stronger, more supportive environment for its employees, clients, and community. We are officially a Great Place to Work – certified in 2022 – and a Diamond Level Family Friendly Business, the top tier of recognition given by the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce.

We believe Precision is a place where you can grow and thrive. Check out our Careers page link for current openings and get in touch!

Internship Program

Precision has a close relationship with Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and our internship program grows directly out of the University’s “Learn by Doing” motto.

Precision interns are fully immersed in the construction process and culture. They are an integral part of their departments, receive training from Precision’s owners and mentors, and gain experience with preconstruction managers, project managers, and superintendents. Like every member of our team, interns are paid a competitive wage and receive a monthly wellness stipend. Our goal is for each intern to begin a career with Precision after the internship is over.

Recruitment begins in late August, for internships that start in June the following year. We accommodate class schedules during the fall, leading into a traditional 12- week summer program.
