Cost Estimating for The Lot Luxury Cinema Complex

Precision provided construction cost estimating services for The Lot Cinemas, a 42,000-square-foot entertainment and dining complex at City Center Bishop Ranch in San Ramon. It is one of four California locations of The Lot, a group of venues designed to blend film, food, drink, and events in a luxury environment.

The San Ramon project planned a high-energy gathering place featuring 10 auditoriums with a total of 800 automated leather recliners, each fitted with a call button for ordering food and drink delivery directly to the seat. Each theater is equipped with cutting-edge acoustic design, projection systems, and lighting to create an immersive environment for moviegoers. In addition to the auditoriums, the venue includes an elegant bar and lounge, commercial kitchen, concession stands, restrooms, spacious outdoor event areas, and contemporary offices.  

Precision’s meticulous construction cost estimates laid the groundwork for the successful development of this multiuse facility. Precision worked closely with the architect, owner, and contractor to deliver accurate and detailed cost projections throughout the pre-construction phase.
